  • Collaborate with other GEI branches to share knowledge, resources, and best practices
  • Contribute to business development strategies, proposal writing, and client engagement initiatives
  • Champion GEI’s values of integrity, service, innovation, and inclusion
It is anticipated that approximately 50% of the Branch Manager’s time will be spent on business-related activities (i.e. non-billable time) and 50% will be spent on project-related activities (i.e. 50% billable). What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or water resources engineering, or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario is preferred.
  • 10 + years of progressive experience in engineering consulting, with proven leadership skills, and strong technical skills
  • Strong understanding of consulting project lifecycles and client service excellence
  • Experience managing cross-discipline teams and developing high-performance cultures
